Remove DC DC converter side LV connector On DC DC converter side LV connector check continuity of pin C492-3 to chassis ground if the VECU parameter Vehicle HVIL Sense PWM dutycycle value is 0 or check continuity of pin C492-3 to battery supply if the VECU parameter Vehicle HVIL Sense PWM dutycycle value is 100 Replace DC DC converter side LV connector Go to step 28 28 Remove DC DC converter side and VCU side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between C492-6 and C776B-56 of these connectors No problem in the wiring between the DC DC converter connector and VCU LV connector. Go to Step 29 Problem is DC DC converter to VCU wiring harness Action: Change DC DC converter to VCU LV connector wiring harness 29 If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connectors No problem in wiring between the inline connectors Problem may be in VCU sensing circuit Go to Step 30 Problem is DC DC converter to VCU wiring harness Action: Change DC DC converter to VCU LV connector wiring harness 30 Remove DC-DC LV connector and MSD short link connector Check continuity between C492-6 and C802-2 No problem in DCDC to MSD short link harness Problem is in DCDC to MSD short link harness Action: Check for terminal loose
