Connect the service tool and read VECU parameter PDU HVIL Sense PWM dutycycle value Check if PDU HVIL Sense PWM dutycycle value is 0 Short to ground is present in the HVIL circuit from VECU to PDU Go to step 2 2. Connect the service tool and read VECU parameter PDU HVIL Sense PWM dutycycle value Check if PDU HVIL Sense PWM dutycycle value is 100 Short to battery is present in the HVIL circuit from VECU to PDU Go to step 3 3 Remove the LV battery connections. Remove the LV connector of PDU On PDU side connector Check continuity between C443-4 and C443-7 pins No problem in PDU Go to step 4 Check if PDU cover is fitted properly, Problem is with PDU Action: Change PDU 4 Remove the LV connector of PDU On PDU connector Check continuity of pin C443-4 to chassis ground if the VECU parameter PDU HVIL Sense PWM dutycycle value is 0 or Check continuity of pin C443-4 to battery supply if VECU parameter PDU HVIL Sense PWM dutycycle value is 100 Replace the PDU connector Go to step 5 5 Remove the PDU side LV connector On PDU connector Check continuity between C4434 and C443-3 pins No problem in PDU Go to step 6. Check if all 7 HV connectors of PDU are connected properly Action: If any connector is open connect it, Else replace PDU
