No problem in the wiring between the PDU connector and VCU connector. Go to Step 7 Problem is in PDU to VCU wiring harness Action: Check for any terminal backout at LV connectors, if found then fix it. Otherwise Change PDU to VCU wiring harness 7 Remove VCU side and PDU side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between C776B-50 and C443-3. No problem in the wiring between the PDU connector and VCU connector. Go to Step 8 Problem is in PDU to VCU wiring harness Action: Check for any terminal backout at LV connectors, if found then fix it . Otherwise Change PDU to VCU wiring harness 7 If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connectors No problem in wiring between the inline connectors Go to Step 8 Problem is in PDU to VCU wiring harness inline connectors Action: Change PDU to VCU inline wiring harness 8 Observe the pin on the VCU side Check for pin backout on the VCU side Problem is in VCU connector Action: replace VCU connector Action: Check for HVIL signal DTC’s confirmation: -
