Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1 Remove LV battery negative cable. Remove the HV connector HC1005 and HC1008 of PDU Check continuity between Pin1 of HC1005 and HC1008 While doing this follow all HV safety related measures Positive contactor got welded Action: Replace PDU Step 2 2 Remove the HV connector HC1005 and HC1008 of PDU Check continuity between pin2 of HC1005 and HC1008 Negative contactor got welded Action: Replace PDU Contactors are not physically welded DTC’s confirmation: - After rectification, send Clear the DTC command by using TML diagnostic tool. Send ‘Read DTC’ command and verify if the DTC is still present in confirmed/memorized state.
