Check if there is a continuity between K64 and VCU supply pin NOTE: Recheck that LV battery is NOT connected and no power supply to be present at VECU. If VECU is powered up, VECU pin can get damaged during continuity check. Problem in VCU. Change VCU Action: Go to step 5 For circuit Open: Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1 Remove the LV connector of 3 in 1 Combo –PDU Check resistance between PDU connector’s input pin 14, 15 Circuit is open (Infinite resistance). Problem is in the 3 in 1 Combo –PDU. Action: Replace the PDU and Go to step 1. Go to Step 2 2 Remove VCU side and 3 in 1 Combo –PDU side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between these connectors (C813 Pin-15 and C776A Pin 17) And (C813 Pin-14 and C776A Pin 64) No problem in the wiring between the PDU connector and VCU connector. Problem is in the wiring or the connector Action: Replace the LV connector/wiring and go to step 3 3 If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connectors No problem in wiring between the inline connectors Go to Step 4
