Remove VCU side and Solenoid side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between these connectors C776B Pin 3 and C758 Pin 2 No problem in the wiring between the Solenoid connector and VCU connector. Go to step 3 Problem is in wiring harness between solenoid valve and VCU Action: replace WH 3. If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connectors Check if there is continuity between VCU supply and LSD pin in harness side VCU connector No problem in wiring between the inline connectors Go to step 4 Problem is in wiring harness between solenoid valve and VCU Action: replace WH 4. Observe the pin on the VCU side Check for pin C776B-A03 backout on the VECU side Problem in VCU connector or VCU. DTC’s confirmation: - After rectification, send Clear the DTC command by using TML diagnostic tool. Ensure no DTC is in defect/ confirmed state before handing over to customer. To verify operation of solenoid valve using TML diagnostic tool, ensure vehicle is in ignition mode, vehicle is stationary and LV battery voltage is >11V. Send command to open and close cabin solenoid valve and read back the parameter value to ensure command is sent. Parameter Name: Cabin cooling solenoid valve On Cmd (DID No: 344C)
