Check for damage to LV wiring harness connections between VCU and 3 in 1 comboPDU LV connector 3. Visually inspect 3 in 1 combo-PDU for damage Trouble Shooting: - 1. Remove the LV battery connections. Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1 Remove the LV connector of 3 in 1 combo-PDU Check continuity between 3 in 1 combo-PDU connector’s input pin 1 and 23 Go to Step 2 Problem is in the 3 in 1 combo-PDU. Action: Replace the 3 in 1 combo-PDU and Go to step 1. 2 Remove VCU side and 3 in 1 combo-PDU side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between these connectors C813 Pin 23 and C776B Pin 85 C813 Pin 22 and C776B Pin 87 (HSD) No problem in the wiring between the 3 in 1 combo-PDU connector and VCU connector. Go to Step 3 Issue is between the 3 in 1 comboPDU to VCU wiring harness Action: replace wiring harness 3 If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connectors No problem in wiring between the inline connectors Go to Step 4 Issue is between the 3 in 1 comboPDU to VCU wiring harness inline wiring harness
