P302F - 11: - PTC Contactor Low Side activation line - circuit short to ground Overview: ISO Code P302F- 11 Customer Symptom Vehicle is not operable. HV Critical Alert Tell-tale is seen blinking on cluster. Charging will be disabled. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) If defect occurs while vehicle is running, vehicle is drivable but air conditioning will be disabled. Charging will be disabled on vehicle. Vehicle may not crank in the next Ignition cycle if this error is in confirmed state. PTC heater may remain continuously on due to harness issue. Lamp Status (If Any) HV critical error indication blinking on Cluster Fault Detection Condition PTC remains on even when VCU is not giving turn on command as PTC relay will remain on continuously. PTC Contactor Low Side activation line short circuit to ground Normal Operating Condition VCU operates PTC contactor to close and open as per heating demand from vehicle/driver Probable Trouble Area LV wiring Harness 3 in 1 combo-PDU LV connector Inside 3 in 1 combo-PDU Powertrain VCU connector Healing Condition If DTC trigger condition is healed, DTC is present only in memory. However, cluster indication will be ON till one drive cycle of vehicle, until DTC is cleared using tester tool.
