Preliminary Checks: Check for loose connection of LV wiring harness between VCU and 3 in 1 combo-PDU LV connector Check for damage to LV wiring harness connections between VCU and 3 in 1 combo-PDU LV connector Visually inspect 3 in 1 combo-PDU for damage Trouble Shooting: - 1. Remove the LV battery connections. Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1 Remove the LV connector of 3 in 1 combo-PDU Check continuity between Chassis and LSD pin of 3 in 1 combo-PDU LV connector. Problem is in the 3 in 1 combo-PDU. Action: Replace the Solenoid and Go to step 1. Go to Step 2 2 Remove VCU side and 3 in 1 combo-PDU side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between chassis and LSD pin C443-23 of harness side actuator connector C813 Pin 23 and C776B Pin 85 C813 Pin 22 and C776B Pin 87 (HSD) Problem in the wiring between the 3 in 1 combo-PDU connector and VCU connector. Go to Step 3 3 If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between chassis and LSD pin of consecutive connectors Problem in wiring between the inline connectors Action: change LV wiring harness connector and repeat step 3 Go to Step 4 4 Check if chassis is short with PTC contactor enable pin Check if there is continuity between chassis and LSD pin in harness side VCU connector C813-23 Problem is in VCU side LV wiring harness connector Go to step 5
