P304A - 09: - HV Supply not available at E compressor- Component Failures Overview: ISO Code P304A - 09 Customer Symptom Air conditioning not functioning Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Vehicle cooling does not work Lamp Status (If Any) HV critical alert is ON , on the cluster Fault Detection Condition Vehicle cabin not getting cooled even after turning the Air cooling ON Normal Operating Condition Vehicle cabin is getting cooled after turning the Air cooling ON Probable Trouble Area Power Distribution Unit Healing Condition NA Component Details: HV fuse is blown to interrupt the High voltage circuit current in case of an overcurrent condition Preliminary Checks: Check for loose connection of HV cables between 3 in 1 combo-PDU to E compressor Check for damage to HV cables between 3 in 1 combo-PDU to E compressor Visually inspect 3 in 1 combo-PDU for damage Trouble Shooting: - Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1 Check for any loose connection between 3 in 1 combo-PDU to E compressor Check if HV connectors are fitted properly, No terminal back-out Problem is not with 3 in 1 combo-PDU to E compressor cable fitment Go to step 2 Problem is due to 3 in 1 combo-PDU to E compressor cable not connected/ loose connected Action: Connect 3 in 1 combo-PDU
