This document must not be used in anyway, such as copying and redistributing to third parties, without the consent of author. side and E compressor side connectors again and make sure primary and secondary locks get engaged 2 Remove 3 in 1 comboPDU side and E compressor side HV connector of 3 in 1 combo-PDU to E compressor cable Check if there is continuity between 3 in 1 combo-PDU and E compressor pins (HC1006 and HC1017) No problem in the cable between 3 in 1 combo-PDU to E compressor cable Go to step 3 Issue is with 3 in 1 combo-PDU to E compressor cable Action: replace 3 in 1 combo-PDU to E compressor cable 3 Remove 3 in 1 comboPDU side connector of 3 in 1 combo-PDU to E compressor cable and 3 in 1 combo-PDU to HV battery cable Check continuity between 3 in 1 comboPDU HV battery connector pin 2 and E compressor connector pin 1 No problem in E compressor fuse inside 3 in 1 combo-PDU Go to Step 4 HV fuse for E compressor inside 3 in 1 combo-PDU is blown Action: replace the E compressor fuse inside 3 in 1 combo-PDU / replace complete 3 in 1 combo-PDU DTC’s confirmation: - After rectification, ensure that DTC is not present in VCU memory using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer.
