Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1 Remove LV battery negative cable. Remove the HV connector HC1005 and HC1006 of 3 IN 1 COMBO-PDU Check continuity between Pin1 of HC1005 and HC1006 While doing this follow all HV safety related measures Positive contactor got welded Action: Replace 3 IN 1 COMBOPDU Step 2 2 Remove the HV connector HC1005 and HC1006 of 3 IN 1 COMBO-PDU Check continuity between pin2 of HC1005 and HC1006 Negative contactor got welded Action: Replace 3 IN 1 COMBOPDU Contactors are not physically welded DTC’s confirmation: - After rectification, send Clear the DTC command by using TML diagnostic tool. Send ‘Read DTC’ command and verify if the DTC is still present in confirmed/memorized state. If DTC still exist, send ‘write parameter’ as per below DID No Vehicle Parameter Name Write Parameter Value 3487 DC Fast charging Contactor Status DC FC Contactor Ok Read the above parameter value and confirm that the value is properly written in VCU. After rectification, ensure that DTC is not present in VCU memory using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer.
