P303F – 13: - Telematics ECU hardware wakeup activation line - circuit open Overview: ISO Code P303F- 13 Customer Symptom Telemetry data will not be transmitted from Telematics unit to cloud during charging in ignition OFF mode, as VCU will not be able to wake up the telematics unit Fault Effects (On Vehicle) The vehicle is drivable as per driver inputs. No effect on vehicle drive ability. Telematics ECU doesn’t wakeup in vehicle ignition off mode through VCU Lamp Status (If Any) No indication on the cluster Fault Detection Condition Telematics ECU hardware Wake Up activation line is open circuit Normal Operating Condition Telematics ECU is wakeup by the signal received from VECU during charging in vehicle ignition off condition Probable Trouble Area VECU LV wiring Harness TCU LV Wiring harness TCU Supply connections Healing Condition If DTC trigger condition is healed, DTC is present only in memory. Component Details: VECU sends signal to wakeup telematics ECU during charging in ignition off mode. . Preliminary Checks: 6. Check for proper terminal connection of 12V LV Battery 7. Check LV Battery voltage to be in range (9 V - 14V) 8. Check for loose connection of LV wiring harness between Telematics and VCU 9. Check for damage to LV wiring harness connections between Telematics and VCU 10. Check the power supply and Ignition (KL15) voltages of telematics are in the range (9 V - 14V) Trouble Shooting: - 2. Remove the LV battery connections.
