Step No. Description Check point If yes If No 1 Remove the LV connector of VECU and Telematics Check continuity between connectors at harness side of C776A-52 to C739-36 No problem with wiring harness Go to step 3 Go to step 2 2 If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connectors Go to Step 3 Problem is with wiring between the inline connectors Action: change LV wiring harness connector and repeat step 3 3 Remove the LV connector at telematics Check for Pin damage or backout of the telematics ECU pin C739-36 Problem with telematics ECU Action: Replace Telematics ECU Go to step 4 4 Remove the LV connector at VECU Check for backout of the VECU Pin No K52 Problem with VECU Action: Replace VECU End DTC’s confirmation: - After rectification, send Clear the DTC command by using TML diagnostic tool. Ensure no DTC is in defect/ confirmed state before handing over to customer. Circuit Schematic Diagram:
