MSD should be connected (High voltage connector should be properly connected, both +ve and -ve) On HV battery side LV connector check continuity of pin C435A-E to chassis ground if the VECU parameter Vehicle HVIL Sense PWM duty cycle value is 0 or check continuity of pin C435A-E to battery supply if the VECU parameter Vehicle HVIL Sense PWM duty cycle value is 100 Replace the HV Battery LV connector Go to step 7 7. Remove E-drive side and HV battery side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between C446A-6 and C435A-F of these connectors No problem in the wiring between the E-drive connector and HV battery connector. Go to Step 8 Problem is in HV battery to Edrive wiring harness Action: Change HV battery to Edrive wiring harness 8. If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connectors No problem in wiring between the inline connectors Problem may be in VCU sensing circuit Go to step 9 Problem is in HV battery to Edrive inline connectors Action: Change HV battery to Edrive inline connectors
