P301F - 13: - PDU HVIL Sense PWM - circuit open Overview: ISO Code P301F-13 Customer Symptom HV Critical Alert Tell-tale is seen blinking on cluster. Charging will be disabled. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Vehicle will not be drivable and will go from Drive to Neutral. Air conditioning and charging will be disabled. Vehicle will not be allowed to crank in the next Ignition cycle if the fault is active. Lamp Status (If Any) HV critical lamp Blinking on Cluster Fault Detection Condition 3in1 combo HVIL PWM signal is not received at VCU Normal Operating Condition During normal operating condition VCU senses PWM signal on pin C776B-50 Probable Trouble Area LV wiring Harness, 3in1 combo LV connector, Inside 3in1, Powertrain VCU connector Healing Condition After rectification of fault, turn ignition OFF. Lock the vehicle and allow VECU to go to sleep. Ensure that no door is open and Vehicle key is not in vicinity of vehicle (If vehicle is not locked/ door is open, VECU will not go to sleep) Wait for 5 min and then turn ignition ON for further check. VECU sleep cycle is important to clear this critical fault from VECU memory Component Details: 3in1 combo unit senses internally the PWM signal and sends the signal to VECU. Preliminary Checks: Check the VECU parameter value for HVIL related vehicle parameter as per below table VECU Parameter Name Expected Value Vehicle HVIL Sense PWM duty cycle 50 (+-5) %
