Vehicle HVIL Sense PWM Freq 100 Hz PDU HVIL Sense PWM duty cycle 50 (+-5) % PDU HVIL Sense Value Freq 100 Hz Depending on the type of fault (open circuit, short to battery or short to ground) following are the parameter values. 1. Check vehicle parameter for duty cycle value (PDU HVIL Sense PWM duty cycle). If value is 0. Check the HVIL circuit for short to ground issue. 2. Check vehicle parameter duty cycle value (PDU HVIL Sense PWM duty cycle). If value is 100. Check the HVIL circuit for short to battery or open circuit issue. VECU Parameter Name Parameter Value Issue in HVIL circuit PDU HVIL Sense PWM duty cycle 0 Short to ground PDU HVIL Sense PWM duty cycle 100 Short to battery/ open circuit Check these VECU parameter value to diagnose the root cause of fault on vehicle  Check for loose connection of LV wiring harness between VCU and 3 in 1 combo unit-PDU LV connector  Check for damage to LV wiring harness connections between VCU and 3 in 1 combo unit-PDU LV connector  Check if all HV and LV connectors are connected to 3 in 1 combo unit-PDU properly  Check if there is galvanic corrosion observed on HV connectors (especially High Voltage battery HV connector) Galvanic corrosion means green colour substance deposition is seen on inner contact surface of HV connectors. (It is not like normal corrosion observed as reddish brown on metal)  Visually inspect 3 in 1 combo unit-PDU for damage  Check if there is any backout of pins of 3 in 1 combo unit-PDU For the details to rectify, check the 3in1 combo DTC troubleshooting document. Trouble Shooting: - Remove the LV battery connections. Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1. Remove VCU side and 3 in 1 combo-PDU side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between these connectors C813 Pin 2 and C776B Pin 50 No problem in the wiring between the 3 in 1 combo-PDU Issue is between the 3 in 1 combo-
