After rectification, ensure the following points by referring to VCU parameter list using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. DID No Vehicle Parameter Name Expected Value when switch is not pressed 34DE Cruise control switch analog input count value 173 +/- 5 1. Vehicle should be in Ignition ON Mode 2. Activate the cruise using cruise switch and check if it is working. Press cruise ON, then cruise +, cruise -, cruise resume and check the following DID value, if it is in the valid expected range. The following VECU parameters are observed on tool only under the switch press and hold condition. SWITCH DID Range CRUISE ON/OFF Between 76 to 106 SET /SET + Between 125 to 171 RESUME/CANCEL Between 270 to 348 SET - Between 189 to 251 Circuit Schematic Diagram: Component Location & Image: -
