Check for the short inside VECU Check if VECU pin A63 is short to GND Problem is with VECU Action: Replace VECU End Table 2: If AC Linear pressure sensor value is between 0.389V and 0 – Suspected error is because of low gas quantity present in vehicle. Please follow standard guideline and check list for AC gas filling or troubleshooting related to gas quantity Step No. Description Check point If yes If No 1. Switch Vehicle to Ignition ON Mode Check for the fault code using TML diagnostic tool. If P30B8 -16 is present? Go to Step 2 Check if any other fault related to P30B8 is present 2. Check for the power supply of AC Linear pressure sensor Check if AC Linear pressure sensor pin 1 (Connector C699A- pin 1) has supply voltage 5V and Pin 3 (Connector C699A- pin 3) is ground. Go to Step 3 Check for the harness damage 3. Check for the VECU parameter value of AC Linear pressure sensor by tool If the VECU parameter value is greater than zero and less than 0.3 even after gas filling is as per requirement Problem is with AC Linear pressure sensor Action: Replace the AC Linear pressure sensor End DTC’s confirmation: -
