Remove the LV battery connections. Remove the VECU connectors Check for backout of K30, K27 pins Replace the VECU connectors Go to step 2 2. Remove the V2X switch connector Check for backout of V2X switch pins Replace the V2X connector Go to step 3 3. Connect all the inline connectors between VCU and switch and check for end-to-end continuity in V2X switch harness Check if there is a continuity between 1. VCU connector C776A Pin 30 and the V2X switch Status (Connector C853- pin 3) 2. VCU connector C776A Pin 27 and the V2X switch Gnd (Connector C853- pin 4) Connection is okay Go to step 4 Check for harness damage 4. Check for the internal resistance of V2X switch Check for resistance between V2X switch pins when 1. Switch is pressed- 400 +/- 3% ohm 2. Switch is not pressed- 6600 +/- 3% ohm Replace the V2X switch Go to step5 5. Reconnect all the VECU LV connectors and V2X connectors. Reconnect the LV battery, switch ON Ignition Check the VECU parameter for V2X switch after connecting all harness and V2X switch Short circuit at VECU pin Problem with VECU Action: Replace VECU End
