Kanger 3.0 DTC Troubleshooting Data Version: 1.0 Date: 24-July-2023 P19D019:- OBC AC side over current fault Overview: ISO Code (If applicable) P19D019 Customer Symptom NA Fault Effect (On Vehicle) OBC will stop charging HV battery/ OBC will stop AC output during V2X mode Lamp Status (If Any) NA DTC Detection Condition This DTC gets logged if 1.Charge/Power Mode: AC current is above max allowed input current*1.1+2A, And OBC has received command VCU_ChrgSysOperCmd equal 0x2(WORK) 2. DischargingMode/V2X mode: AC Current >29A ,last for> 3S And OBC has received command VCU_ChrgSysOperCmd equal 0x2(WORK) ,VCU_VehChrgDischrgMod equal to 0x2(VTOL Discharge) or 0x3(VTOV Discharge) Normal Operating Condition When VCU_ChrgSysOperCmd equal 0x2(WORK): Input AC Current < 32A in charge mode/ output AC current<27A in V2X discharge mode . Probable Trouble Area Charge mode 1. The power grid is abnormal; 2. The connection of the charging gun or wiring harness is abnormal; 3. The AC side current detection circuit is abnormal V2X mode 1. V2L mode: Load side short circuit/unhealthy load,load>3.3kw 2. V2V mode:sink vehicle demand is more than 6Kw 3. V2L adaptor /V2V gun side short circuit/damage 4. OBC output current detection circuit is abnormal. Healing Condition Disconnect the gun and connect back after VCU sleep / Disconnect the V2X gun and connect back after 30sec, press V2X switch Write up for the system:- The component 3in1( DC-DC Converter, On-Board Charger and Power distribution unit)is used to charge LV battery, HV battery and act as junction box between HV power train components ( PTC, e-Compressor, HV battery, Fast Charging and MCU) .
