Kanger 3.0 DTC Troubleshooting Data Version: 1.0 Date: 24-July-2023 Pre-Check Points: a) Check for design intended charging Gun b) Check AC Input Connection (Live, Neutral & PE) for damage (connectors, terminals bending & oxidation of pins V2X mode: a) Check for design indented AC load b) Check for V2Ladaptor/V2V gun for damage Trouble Shooting:- Flow Diagram or table format for diagnosing the fault code Step no. Description Check Point if YES if NO Vehicle Charge mode 1 Connect the Charging Gun & switch ON the AC supply. Check for the fault code. Fault code P19D019, is present? Go to step 2 Repair complete 2 Change the charging gun and charge the vehicle. Fault code P19D019, is present Go to Step 3 Go to Step 1 3 Remove the OBC AC input connector. Check for short of Phase &Neutral, Phase &Earth, Earth & Neutral pins between OBC AC input connector and Vehicle inlet (socket) Is there continuity b/w Phase &Neutral, Phase &Earth, Earth & Neutral pins? Record Local Snapshot of DTC. Replace 3in1 combo unit Replace the wiring harness from vehicle Inlet to 3in1 combo AC input Vehicle V2L discharge mode 1 Disconnect V2L adaptor and switch OFF the ignition. After 30 sec , switch ON the ignition and connect V2L gun and press V2Xswitch to start the V2L charging Fault code P19D019, is present Go to step 2 Repair complete 2 Check for the external load/extension box for any short circuit , Plug damage, loose wires connected and for any unhealthy condition of load If load condition is not Ok, then replace the load and check the V2L charging function & If the fault code is present? Go to step 3 Repair/change the load the load 3 Check V2L adaptor for damage/ short circuit. Penetration of particles inside at both end. If V2L adaptor condition is not OK , then replace the adaptor and check the V2L charging function & If the fault code is present? Go to step 4 Resolved 4 Check for the vehicle inlet, CCS2 OBC Ac input harness for any damage/short circuit. If there is any issue with the harness, replace the CCS2 cable Store the DTC snapshot and Replace the 3in1 unit resolved
