After 30 sec , switch ON the ignition and connect V2V gun and press V2X switch to start the V2V charging Fault code P19D019, is present Go to step 2 Repair complete 2 Check the V2V charging with other Sink vehicle and check the DTC of source vehicle X If the fault code is present? Go to step 3 Check the sink vehicle for any DTC and trouble shoot the same 3 Check V2V charging Gun for damage/ short circuit. Penetration of particles inside at both end. If V2V gun condition is not OK , then replace the gun and check the V2Vcharging function & If the fault code is present? Go to step 4 Resolved 4 Check for the source vehicle inlet, CCS2 OBC AC input harness for any damage/short circuit. If there is any issue with the harness, replace the CCS2 cable and check V2V charging function. & If the fault code is present? Store the DTC snapshot and Replace the 3in1 unit resolved DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, ensure the following points by referring OBC parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. a) Check whether the OBC can respond to the vehicle charging command by observing the Charge ON indicator lamp on the cluster. b) Check whether the OBC can respond to the vehicle discharge command during V2X mode by observing the v2x discharge indication on the cluste
