Crank teeth misdetection 2. Crank Sensor loose connection or pin backout 3. ECU connector loose connection or pin backout 4. Electrical wiring damage 5. Wiring connector breakage 6. Incorrect Air gap (0.5 to 1.5 mm) 7. Crank Sensor malfunctioning 8. Foreign particle on the Flywheel teeth 9. Flywheel teeth damage / flywheel dowel hole damage 10. ECU terminal pin bend or damaged 1. CE Lamp ON Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off Checkpoints: 1. Check Battery Voltage at Ignition off (Nominal Range 11.5V ~ 12.8V) Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check whether the Crank sensor connector is connected properly - Step 2 Check whether the ECU connector is connected properly - Step 3 Check for continuity between sensor connector pins 1, 2 and ECU pins A78, A77 respectively. If there is any missing continuity, correct the wiring. Check the End to end continuity using multimeter Step 4 Check for any damage or bend in ECU terminal pin -
