Manifold pressure sensor drift is above positive limit 2. Oil or grease deposits in TMAP sensor connector or on the sensing element of the TMAP sensor 1. CE Lamp ON 2. Reduced vehicle performance 3. Disabled drive mode option Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off Checkpoints: 1. Check whether power latch is happening normally. 2. Check for any atmospheric pressure sensor related faults. If present, address it first. Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check if the TMAP sensor connector is connected properly - Step 2 Check for continuity between TMAP sensor connector pins 1, 2, 3, 4 and ECU connector pin A15, A34, A54, A06 Check the End to end continuity using multi-meter Step 3 Check the delta between atmospheric pressure and manifold pressure (should be less than 15 kPa) using service tool in key on engine should in not running condition during check Step 4 Check the TMAP sensor physically for any damage - Step 5 Do several power latches and recheck the difference between atmospheric pressure & Manifold pressure value in key on condition using service tool - Step 6 If the problem persists, TMAP replace the sensor -
