(Absolute pressure values ) Manifold pressure raw Manifold pressure read by the sensor FE1E Verification condition: 1. Do several power latches. 2. Check the delta between atmospheric pressure and manifold pressure. 3. Run the vehicle in city and highway condition. Component Details: The sensor serves to measure the absolute intake-manifold pressure as well as the temperature of the intake air stream of internal-combustion engines. The piezo-resistive pressure sensor element and a suitable circuitry for signal amplification and temperature compensation are integrated on a silicon chip. The measured pressure operates from above to the active side of the silicon diaphragm. The temperature sensor element is an NTCresistor.
