Slow response of O2 sensor 2 2. Defective O2 sensor 2 3. Carbon Buildup on O2 Sensor 2 4. Engine intake air path/Exhaust leakage 5. Burnt, broken, or disconnected wiring and/or connectors 6. DOC poisoned 1. CE Lamp ON 2. Other related diagnostic trouble codes may also be stored Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off Check Points: Check for any AMF, EGR, Throttle, MDP, VGT, ADC, DOC related faults. If present, address it first. Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check for physical damage in O2 sensor(s)/ Connector - Step 2 Check for any damage in electrical wiring/Connector (Burnt or cut wire) - Step 3 Check the continuity between O2 sensor 2 pins 1,2,3,4 and ECU pins B3 or B5 or B6, B57, B25, B07respectively. - Step 4 Check for foreign particles in the connector - Step 5 Check for any carbon Buildup on O2 Sensor. Clean the carbon deposits without damaging the O2 sensor. - Step 6 Check for Air or Exhaust leak. Arrest leakages. - Step 7 If the problem persists, replace the O2 sensor 2 -
