Very low IMV current trim 2. Internal Leakage in HP Pump 3. Leakage in HP lines 4. Injector is faulty, High injector backleak 5. Very low fuel in tank 6. Fuel tank strainer is choked 7. Priming pump failure 8. ECU connector loose connection/ Pin backout, pin bend 9. Choking of LPC line, T connector blocked, Clogged fuel filter, IMV physically stuck, Injector control valve physically stuck 1. CE Lamp ON 2. Reduced vehicle performance 3. Disabled drive mode option Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off Checkpoints: 1. Check Battery Voltage at Ignition Off (nominal range 11.5V ~ 13 V) Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check whether the IMV connector & ECU connector is connected properly. Check for any loose connection/Pin backout/ ECU pin damage or bend - Step 2 Check for continuity between IMV sensor connector pins 1, 2 and ECU pins (B3, B5 or B6)T87, A25, respectively. - Step 3 Check the ECU terminal pin for any damage or bend.
