Is the Clutch sensor mounting proper? Go to step 2 Correct the mounting as per the clutch sensor drawing 2. Is there continuity exists between 90% clutch sensor pin 3 and EMS ECU pin B11 && 40% clutch sensor pin 2 and EMS ECU pin B12. Go to step 3 Rectify the wiring harness connections as per the schematic 3. Check whether clutch sensor is receiving power supply at its pin 1 and ground at its pin 4. Go to step 4 Rectify the wiring harness connections as per the schematic 4. Check whether EMS ECU pins B11 / B12 shorted to battery supply / Ground Go to step 5 Rectify the wiring harness connections as per the schematic 5 Are there any pins damaged at EMS ECU Connector Replace the connector or wiring harness Go to step 6 6 Are there any pins backed out from the EMS ECU Connector Rectify/Replace Connectors Go to Step 7 7 Is clutch switch connector damaged or pins got backed out Rectify/Replace Connectors Go to step 8 8 If fault still persists, then replace clutch switches and if fault still persists then Call Hot Line. Follow the above procedure again for reconfirmation DTC’s confirmation (checks before handing over vehicle to customer): Read the Clutch State parameter in Diagnostic tool:
