Measure Resistance (Ω) Component check Pin 9 (T_SENT3) to transmission housing >500k ok External wiring harness and angle sensor Pin 21 (T_HALL_SENT_GND) to transmission housing >500k ok External wiring harness and angle sensor Pin 13 ( T_P5V_SENS_PWR to transmission housing >500k ok External wiring harness and angle sensor ➢ Remove vehicle connector from TCU, Disconnect angle sensor connector and check below resistance at angle sensor connector terminal Measure Resistance (Ω) Component check Pin 1 ( T_SENT3 to transmission housing >500k ok TCU and external wiring harness Pin 2 ( T_HALL_SENT_GND to transmission housing >500k ok TCU and external wiring harness Pin 3 (T_P5V_SENS_PWR to transmission housing >500k ok TCU and external wiring harness • Continuity Check Check continuity between pins/terminals of External wiring harness connector of angle sensor DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, clear all DTC’s and ensure the following points by referring TCU parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. • Drive the vehicle through all gears in both Automatic and Manual modes. • Ensure no DTC is active and Transmission Fault Lamp is OFF.
