Power train is opened. Power loss immediately triggered Lamp Status (If Any) Transmission Service indication 0x1 Fault Detection Condition internal TCU error Pressure control solenoid 1 connected to ground. (FFT 0ms) Normal Operating Condition TCU does not detect any failure Probable Trouble Area 1. Transmission wiring loom for any damage. 2. Hydraulic unit clutch 2 actuation solenoid & transmission oil. 3. TCU. Healing Condition The reaction is cleared at SW restart if the detection is FALSE for more than 0 ms Component Details: Clutch actuator 1 & 2 mounted in hydraulic control unit and makes internal electrical contact with the TCU. • EDS 1 = Clutch 2 (“Clutch”) actuation pressure solenoid Preliminary Checks: 1) Loose/ Damaged Connections between Electro valve and TCU. 2) Loose/ Damaged mechanical fitments of TCU (TCU to valve body mounting). 3) Check correct fitment of ground cable connections on vehicle chassis.
