Check the transmission wiring loom for any damage. Is there any rust/oxidation/pin back out observed on TCU PIN 24& 22 (clutch actuation solenoid) in transmission side TCU 28 pole connector? If damaged, replace the wiring loom. Go to step 2 2. If problem persists, replace the hydraulic unit (clutch 2 actuation solenoid)& transmission oil. Perform all necessary transmission adaptions. Go to step 3 3. Replace the TCU if the problem persists & flash the adaption data from the previous TCU. Clear the DTC • Resistance Check Solenoids , Pressure sensors mounted on HCU should be checked for resistance if there is DTC triggered. Below table reflects the signals for each solenoid and pressure sensor and range of acceptable resistance. ➢ Disconnect transmission side 28 pole connector (X-201) and check below resistance at (X-201) connector terminal Measure Resistance (Ω) Component check Pin 22 (T_VALVE_1_HS) to Pin 24 (T_VALVE_1_LS) 3 to 8 ok Internal, External wiring harness and Solenoid Pin 22 (T_VALVE_1_HS) to transmission housing > 100k ok Internal, External wiring harness and Solenoid Pin 24 (T_VALVE_1_LS) to transmission housing > 100k ok Internal, External wiring harness and Solenoid ➢ Remove vehicle connector from TCU, Disconnect transmission circular connector and check below resistance at transmission circular connector Measure Resistance (Ω) Component check Pin 15 (T_VALVE_1_HS) to transmission housing > 100k ok TCU and External wiring harness
