If not, connect them properly. Clear the DTC and check if the DTC does not come back. Go to step 7 7 If fault persists, check if transmission oil cooler is damaged or clogged by external substances. If clogged/damaged, replace the oil cooler. Clear the DTC and check if the DTC does not come back. 8 If DTC persists, check oil sump temperature sensor resistance over connector pins, if <NOK> replace cable harness (including temperature sensor) Clear the DTC and check if the DTC does not come back. • Resistance Check ➢ Disconnect Transmission side 28 pole connector (X-201) and check below resistance at (X-201) connector terminal at Pin no. 10. Sump temperature (°C) Sensor resistance (Ω) Component check > 110000 open Sump temperature sensor is malfunctioning -40 to 0 105000 to 14000 ok 0 to 30 14000 to 4000 ok 30 to 50 4000 to 2000 ok 50 to 100 2000 to 470 ok 100 to 150 470 to 130 ok < 130 short ➢ Disconnect transmission side 28 pole connector (X-201), disconnect transmission circular connector (X-111) and check below resistance at transmission circular connector pins. Measure Resistance (Ω) Component check Pin 13 (T_TEMP1 (X-111,13) to transmission housing > 500k ok Internal wiring harness Pin 14 (T_TEMP_GND (X-111,14) to transmission housing > 500k ok Internal wiring harness ➢ Remove vehicle connector from TCU, Disconnect transmission circular connector and check below resistance at transmission circular connector
