Go to step 6 6 If DTC persists, Replace BLDC motor (cheaper then replacing transmission) (Note; BLDC cannot be re-used due to pretension damage) Clear the DTC and check if the DTC does not come back. Go to step 7 7 If DTC persists, Replace transmission Clear the DTC and check if the DTC does not come back. • Resistance Check ➢ Disconnect Transmission side 28 pole connector X-201 and check below resistance at (X-201) connector terminal Measure Resistance (Ω) Component check Pin 3 (T_BLDC_U) to Pin 4 (T_BLDC_V) < 1 ok Phase resistance Pin 3(T_BLDC_U) to Pin 5 (T_BLDC_W) < 1 ok Phase resistance Pin 4 (T_BLDC_V) to Pin 5 (T_BLDC_W) < 1 ok Phase resistance Pin 3 (T_BLDC_U) to transmission housing > 100k ok External wiring harness and BLDC motor Pin 4 (T_BLDC_V) to transmission housing > 100k ok External wiring harness and BLDC motor Pin 5 (T_BLDC_W) to transmission housing > 100k ok External wiring harness and BLDC motor Pin 19 (T_HALL_1) to transmission housing > 100k ok External wiring harness and BLDC motor Pin 6 (T_HALL_2) to transmission housing > 100k ok External wiring harness and BLDC motor Pin 7 (T_HALL_3 ) to transmission housing > 100k ok External wiring harness and BLDC motor Pin 13 (T_P5V_SENS) to transmission housing > 100k ok External wiring harness and BLDC motor
