Normal Operating Condition All gear shift will be possible Probable Trouble Area 1.Monostable shifter supply and gnd pin Healing Condition The reaction is cleared at SW restart if the detection is FALSE for more than 0 ms Preliminary Checks: 1. Check for Supply voltage at MSS end 2. Check for battery supply. Trouble Shooting:- Step Checks IF YES IF NO 1. Check battery supply voltage it should be 12V Go to step 2 Replace the battery 2 Check for Supply voltage at mono stable shifter end it should be 12 V Clear DTC and check for DTC again in TDS tool Go to step3 3 Check for Pin back out wiring harness end and continuity of Power and gnd pin from Mono stable shifter to TCU Clear the DTC and check if the DTC does not come back. Correct the wiring harness DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, clear all DTC’s and ensure the following points by referring TCU parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. • Drive the vehicle through all gears in both Automatic and Manual modes. • Ensure no DTC is active and Transmission Fault Lamp is OFF.
