Check ECU & wireless charger pins for oxidation, bending & damage. Check wireless charger PWM signal on Pin no. - 19 of the cluster wired connector. Trouble Shooting:- DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, ensure the following points before handing over the system to the customer. Turn ON Ignition. Connect the TML Diagnostic Tool. Check the status of DTC’s (Memorized/Current) Record the DTC & Clear DTC’s Turn Ignition OFF & ON Verify If DTC B194F -11 is present Is DTC B194F-11 is Present? Check for continuity between IPC PIN No 19 and Wireless charger Pin no 4 Is Continuity Present? Wireless charger input is Open Circuit or Short to ground. Rectify Fault at wiring Harness & wait for 20sec to recover the fault. Clear the DTC Turn Ignition OFF & ON. Clear the DTC from the ECU memory. Turn Ignition OFF & ON. Stop Stop YES NO No Yes Stop
