IGN on condition and execute the “Actuator Motor Calibration Routine” Actuator Motor Calibration routine Step 1 - Start the Routine Start request: 31 01 3e 02 Start response: 71 01 3e 02 Step 2 - After every 1 second read status record till the calibration takes place Routine result: 31 03 3e 02 Routine result: 71 03 3e 02 (For dual zone CCM) [Routine Information -1 byte] [Response Additional Data -5 bytes] (For single zone CCM) [Routine Information -1 byte] [Response Additional Data -3 bytes] NOTE: - Require the routine to be executed with a pop up to the user in event of failure or success of the routine. In case of failure\unsuccessful status of any of the motor actuators terminate with instructions to resolve the problem i.e. A) Execute the Motor Calibration Routine through “Routine test” tab. B) Read DTCs and debug the problem using DTC trouble shooting guideline. C) On resolving the issue, the ECU replacement procedure should be executed again. 6.
