B) Read DTCs and debug the problem using DTC trouble shooting guideline. C) On resolving the issue, the ECU replacement procedure should be executed again. 9. After 1 sec time, read status record till the routine gets complete f. Routine result: 31 03 3e 04 g. Routine result: 71 03 3e 04 [Routine Information -1 byte] [Response Additional Data -1 bytes] h.
