If mismatch with DID no in step 9 then flash the ECU with the new Sofftware and repeat step 5 onwards i.e. On re-flashing, the ECU replacement procedure should be executed again. 14. Read and compare based on the vehicle platform for the replaced ECU from the server: - a. Enter into the “Extended Session” Request ($ 10 03) b. Unlock security to HVAC CM ECU, Run the FATC DLL File provided for Security Access (27 07/08) c. Send the Tester Present request ($ 3E 00) d. Perform Hard Reset, 705 – 11 01 (ECU Hard Reset) e. Clear DTC from HVAC CM and other ECUs, 7D0 - 14 FF FF FF f.
