Trouble Shooting:- Step Checks IF YES IF NO 1 Is Battery SOC & Health OK Replace with New Battery, ensure good SOC Go to Step 2 2 Is Brake Switch Faulty Replace Brake Switch Go to Step 3 3 Is brake being released early while cranking engine Keep brake pressed until engine started completely Go to Step 4 4 Is engine speed sensor faulty Replace engine speed sensor Go to Step 3 5 Is fuel supply not available properly with pressure Rectify Go to Step 4 6 Is Misfire issue present on the engine Rectify Misfire Go to Step 5 DTC’s Healing confirmation:- Check no error condition using TML diagnostic tool before handling over to customer. Fault detection condition:- P232A-01 Fault will get detected if engine speed goes below thresholds mentioned in table below and remains low for 500 milli seconds.
