6. Insert R - pin in to the hole of clevis pin. After the input rod/pedal connection has been made, do not pull the pedal (risk of damage to internal components of the IVBAC). 7. Remove and scrap the caps from the outlet ports of the IVBAC with a suitable tool to avoid damages of threaded or sealing areas. Connect the brake tubes to the outlet ports of the IVBAC. Take care to fit every brake pipe at the corresponding connection of the IVBAC. Take care not to interchange the brake pipes. Use the torque specified by the customer. 8. Connect the I-VBAC unit electrical connector. 9. Connect the Brake fluid level sensor to harness connector. Mount fluid reservoir and tighten mounting 10. bolts to specified torque. Connect the hose pipe Fluid reservoir to I - 11. VBAC Unit. Install motor cover and tighten bolts to 12. specified torque. Connect the battery terminals and flash correct 13. SW if applicable and turn the ignition OFF and wait for 5 minutes. After the end of the replacement follow the 14. “IVBAC bleeding procedure”. Execute “Valve Comfort Pulse” in the “Routine” 15. session of test using the Tata Diagnostic Service tool. Deactivate “Assembly Mode”. 16. Adjust proper brake fluid level. 17. Clear all fault code memories. 18. Road test vehicle to ensure proper operation 19. of the base and I - VBAC systems.
