3. GLASS PANEL B ASSY (GPB) REMOVAL Remove the Seal acoustic. (Refer Removal 1. procedure of seal acoustic as mentioned above) 2. Remove the Glass assy A (GPA).(Refer Removal procedure of GPA as mentioned above) 3. Remove the four SCREW BIND M5x8-8.8 T25 from both side (LH & RH) on GLASS ASSY B (GPB). 4. lift and remove GLASS ASSY B (GPB) ASSEMBLY For Assembly, Follow the reverse procedure of removal. 1. Adjust Glass Assy B (GPB) orientation to make Glass mark to Rear RH side. 2. Adjust height of Glass Assy B (GPB) with Roof. 3. Centering of Glass Assy B (GPB) in the Roof opening. 4. Tighten 4 Screw’s on SLIDING ROOF GLASS ASSY A (GPA) with torque 7 ± 0.7 N-m. 5. Assemble the Glass assy A(GPA).(Refer Assembly procedure of GPA as mentioned above) 6. Initialize ROOF ASSY, OUETR SLIDING. (Refer Re-initializing & Teach Procedure) 7. Check the operation for all Glass Assy A (GPA) positioning. (Tilt up / Down, Open / Close) 8. Water Leak check in Glass Assy A (GPA) close condition. CAUTION Take care no scratches on sunroof body & its attachment parts while doing attachment or detachment. NOTE Do not squeeze the tip of the hose and sprinkle water on the sealing area. Always use hand gloves. BODY 17
