4. WIRING HARNESS ASM REMOVAL 1. Remove the Headlining. (Refer sunroof removal procedure as mentioned above) 2. Disconnect connector from sunroof Wiring harness & E-drive. 1st 3. Remove the wire harness connector snap from both E- DRIVE ASM and then from FRAME FUNCTIONAL ASM. ASSEMBLY For Assembly, Follow the reverse procedure of removal. 1. Adjust WIRING HARNESS ASM orientation to holes on FRAME FUNCTIONAL ASM. 2. Check WIRING HARNESS ASM connector & E-DRIVE ASM MEC need align with permanent mark green color on both & then assemble it. 3. Assemble WIRING HARNESS ASM connector & E-DRIVE ASM RBL 4. Initialize ROOF ASSY, OUETR SLIDING. (Refer Re-initializing & Teach Procedure mentioned above) 5. Check the operation for all Glass Assy A (GPA) positioning. (Tilt up / Down, Open / Close) & Roll bilnd asm positioning. (Open / Close/partial open) CAUTION WIRING HARNESS ASM connector & E-DRIVE ASM MEC need align with permanent mark green color on both then assemble it. CAUTION Always use hand gloves. BODY 18
