Trouble Shooting:-
Step Checks
IF YES
IF NO
1.
Are Fuel Lines Blocked
Remove the blockage Go to Step 2
2. Is Fuel Regulator operational
Go to Step 3
Replace the Fuel
Regulator

Are the Injectors Blocked
Clear the blockage
Go to Step 4

Are the Injectors leaking
Replace the leaking
Injector
Go to Step 5

Is Injector time delay correct
Go to step 6
Correct the timing
delay through
calibration

Is the Intake Air Circuit leaking
Modify/Repair/Replace
the leaking
components
Go to step 7
7
Perform IO test for throttle valve. Is test successful?
Go to step 9
Go to step 8

Are there any faults related to throttle valve
Rectify them by
following their
rectification procedure
Go to step 9

Is throttle valve stuck Open?
Replace throttle valve Go to step 10
10 Perform IO test for Fuel pump relay. Is test successful?
Go to step 12
Go to step 11
11 Are there any faults related to fuel pump relay
Rectify them by
following their
rectification procedure
Go to step 12
12 Is fuel pump relay stuck closed
Replace fuel pump
relay
Go to step 13
13 Is fuel pump faulty
Replace fuel pump
Go to step 14
14. If the fault still persists
Replace the Lambda
Sensor, IF fault still
persists then replace
EMS ecu
Repeat the
procedure for
confirmation
DTC’s confirmation:-
After rectification, ensure the following points by referring engine parameters using TML diagnostic tool before
handing over to customer.
Recheck the DTC using TML diagnostic tool, fault shall not reappear.
