Troubleshooting Steps:

Short Circuit between CAN_H(132)to
Vbatt
Rectify the wiring
harness
Go to next step
2
Short Circuit between CAN_H(132)to
GND,
Rectify the wiring
harness
Go to next step
3
Short Circuit between CAN_L(144)to
Vbatt
Rectify the wiring
harness
Go to next step
4
Short Circuit between CAN_L(144)to
GND,
Rectify the wiring
harness
Go to next step

Check the resistance between pin 132
& pin 144 of the vehicle connector it
should be approximately 60 ohms
Go to next step
Check for terminal back out of the
wiring harness at ECU & instrument
cluster CAN wire

If fault still persists
Replace EMS ECU
Repeat above procedure for
reconfirmation
Trouble Shooting:-
U0001-88:- Vehicle Communication Bus A - short circuit
Start
Read DTC in ECM.
This DTC will be in history.
Clear DTC
End
