Check the connection of sensors powered by sensor supply Voltage 1. Follow sensor supply voltage1 check
/rectification process.
x
Check sensor connections for rust dirt etc; Follow rectification process of concerned sensor if faulty.
x
Check ECU; Replace ECU, if problem still persists.
x
Check with diagnostic tool if the sensor supply voltage lies in between 4.75 V to 5.35 V
Trouble Shooting:

Check whether the EMS ECU is receiving supply and

Go to step 2
Rectify wiring
harness
connections as
per schematic

Check whether the battery is healthy
Go to step 3
Repair Battery

Check sensor connections for rust dirt etc
Go to step 4
Follow rectification
process of
concerned sensor
if faulty.

Check whether the EMS ecu pins 75, 37, 77 are short
circuited to Ground.
Go to step 5
Follow rectification
process of
concerned sensor
if faulty

Check with diagnostic tool if the sensor supply voltage
lies in between 4.75 V to 5.35 V
Go to step 6
Check battery
voltage also check
proper wiring
harness

If fault still persists
Call Hot Line
Repeat above
procedure for
reconfirmation
DTC’s confirmation (checks before handing over vehicle to customer):
1. Check the errors at Ignition ON, engine running @ Idle & Fly-up with different vehicle speeds as well
