B1C33-2A: Hard Switch Signal Input – Stuck in Range
Overview:
Write up for the Related Sensor/Actuator or system:-
Infotainment – This Infotainment is located on center of dashboard. Using Infotainment, user can change
volume/media/radio settings.

User is unable to perform action using infotainment button
panel keys/switches which is stuck.

Fault Detection Condition
1. User is unable to perform action using button panel
keys/switches which is stuck.
2. This DTC gets logged when Infotainment button
panel keys/switches is stuck in range.
Normal Operating Condition
User can change settings of volume/media/radio using button
panel keys/switches of Infotainment system.
