Trouble Shooting:-

Step Checks

IF YES

IF NO

Is fuel regulator stuck Open

Replace fuel regulator Go to step 2

Perform the IO test for Fuel pump relay. Is test

successful?

Go to Step 4

Go to step 3

Are there any faults related to Fuel pump relay

Rectify them by

following their

rectification procedure

Go to step 4

Is Fuel pump relay stuck Open

Replace Fuel pump

relay

Go to step 5

Is Injector time delay correct

Go to step 6

Correct the timing

delay through

calibration

Perform the IO test for Throttle Valve. Is test successful?

Go to step 8

Go to step 7

Are there any faults related to Throttle valve

Rectify them by

following their

rectification procedure

Go to step 8

Is throttle valve stuck closed

Replace throttle valve Go to step 9

If the fault still persists

Replace the lambda

Sensor, if the fault still

persists then replace

EMS ecu.

Repeat the

procedure for

confirmation

DTC’s confirmation:-

After rectification, ensure the following points by referring engine parameters using TML diagnostic tool before

handing over to customer.

Recheck the fault with TML diagnostic tool and confirm that fault hasn’t re appear.
