Trouble Shooting:-
Step Checks
IF YES
IF NO
1.
Is radiator Fan Functioning / stalled / damaged? Repair / Replace
Go to step 2
2.
Is coolant Flow Blocked
Clear the blockage
Go to step 3
3.
Is Radiator damaged?
Repair / Replace
Go to step 4
4
Is coolant fluid not available or evaporated?
Fill the coolant
Go to step 5

Check for any Cooling fan related faults
Rectify them by following their
rectification procedure
Go to step 6

Are Fan relays faulty / Stuck Open?
Replace the Fan relay
Follow the above
procedure again for
reconfirmation
DTC’s confirmation:-
After rectification, ensure the following points by referring engine parameters using TML diagnostic tool before
handing over to customer. Run the Vehicle for quite some time and check whether the radiator fans are functioning
and coolant temperature is under control
