Trouble Shooting -
Start
Read IVN DTCs in ABS ECU
Is MTO logged against
ECM in current state?
No (In history)
Check continuity between ECM CAN_H (Vehicle connector - pin no.32
for Gasoline ECM and connector1 -pin no 64 for Diesel ECM ) to IPC
CAN_H(pin no. 6) and ECM CAN_L (pin no.44 for Gasoline ECM and 64
for Diesel ECM) to IPC CAN_L(pin no. 5) in vehicle wiring side
connector.
Is continuity
there?
Repair the wiring harness
Clear DTC
Stop
Check Ignition (Vehicle connector - pin no.16 for
Gasoline ECM and connector1 -pin no 23 for Diesel
ECM), Battery (Vehicle connector - pin no.16 for
Gasoline ECM and connector1 -pin no 5 for Diesel
ECM) and Ground (Vehicle connector pin no.53,pin
no.54 for Gasoline ECM and connector1 -pin no
1,2,3 for Diesel ECM) of ECM is properly connected
or not. Also check fuse blown for Ign(10 A) Battery(
three fuses15 A ,10A,10A).
Do necessary repair in the harness
